# KVKK Privacy Notice

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed, within the scope explained below, by Das Villa Turizm Emlak İnşaat Ticaret Ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi (Kalkan Mahallesi Kalkan Cumhuriyet Caddesi No:8/C Kaş Antalya) as the data controller.

In booking, communication and payment processes, your name, surname, phone number, email address, identity information (for the legal notification of the persons staying), stay dates and information relating to the payment record are processed. Your credit card details are not stored by Das Villa; they are passed to the payment institution.

1. Receiving and confirming booking requests and performing the accommodation service.
2. Fulfilling legal notification and record-keeping obligations.
3. Carrying out customer relations, support and complaint processes.
4. Sending campaign and information messages where you have given your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with the villa owner and the welcome host as required by the service, with the competent public authorities where legally required, with payment service providers, and with the IT infrastructure providers from which we receive services.

Your data is collected electronically through website forms, telephone, WhatsApp and email channels. The legal bases are the establishment and performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

Your personal data is stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and for as long as the purpose of processing requires; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to learn the persons to whom it has been transferred, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
